Privacy policy
What we collect
Account details (email, name), the information you add to your shop (name, products, photos, WhatsApp number, address) and the orders created through your shop. Shop visitors are counted anonymously: we do not store IP addresses, and visitor identifiers are hashed with a salt that changes every day.
What is public
Your shop name, description, products, photos, opening hours, address and WhatsApp number are visible to anyone with your link. Do not add anything you do not want to be public.
How we use it
To run your shop, show you statistics, keep the service secure and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising.
Orders
When a customer sends an order, the details are saved in your shop's order list and sent to you through WhatsApp. Payment and delivery are agreed between you and your customer. We do not process payments.
Cookies and storage
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, a language cookie, and your browser's local storage for the shopping cart. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can edit or delete products and photos at any time and hide your shop from search engines in Settings. To delete your account and all data, use the feedback form and we will remove it.
